Before submitting a photograph to the Online Photo Club, all members must review and follow the rules listed here. All photos must be original work created by the participant and must not include copyrighted or AI-generated material. Images must be submitted in JPG, PNG, or GIF format and remain under 1MB to meet server guidelines. Each participant may submit one entry per category each month, and all submissions must align with the official category themes featured on the Categories page. Files must be named using this format: first initial, last name, and category (example: jsmith_nature.jpg). Content that is harmful, explicit, or inappropriate will be removed immediately.
Edited or enhanced images are permitted, but photographers must clearly state any major adjustments used. Heavy editing is allowed as long as the work is still the photographer’s original creation. By submitting an entry, participants consent to their images being displayed on the Gallery page if chosen as monthly winners. All members must vote honestly, follow deadlines, and behave respectfully in the site’s live chat room. These expectations help ensure a safe, fair, creative, and inspiring community for everyone who participates in the Online Photo Club.
